Highlights of the adjustment arrangements are set forth below. Investors should consult their brokers for further details, or if they have any questions regarding the adjustment.
Cheung Kong-related structured products
The listing documents for all existing Cheung Kong shares-related structured products contain provisions that deal with the reorganisation and/or merger of the company. Implementation of Cheung Kong's reorganisation proposal will result in CKH Holdings shares replacing Cheung Kong shares as the underlying shares of all existing Cheung Kong shares-related structured products.
Structured product issuers are required to make announcements regarding adjustments to the terms of their structured products, and investors should read the contents of such announcements carefully.
Cheung Kong Futures
Trading Arrangements
The trading arrangements for the existing Cheung Kong stock futures under trading symbol CKH will be as follows:

Suspension of Trading
Trading of Cheung Kong stock futures under trading symbol CKH will be suspended from 11 March to 17 March 2015, both days inclusive.

Adjustment and Transfer of Outstanding Positions
Open positions of CKH stock futures series which exist after the market close on the business day immediately before the effective date (18 March 2015) will be adjusted and transferred on a one-to-one basis to stock futures series under trading symbol CKB.

Introduction of New Stock Futures Series for Trading
On the effective date (18 March 2015), new CKH Holdings stock futures series based on the standard CKH Holdings contract multiplier (500 shares) will be introduced for trading under the standard trading symbol CKH. |

Cheung Kong Options
Trading Arrangements
The trading arrangements for the existing Cheung Kong stock options under trading symbol CKH and CKA1 will be as follows:

Suspension of Trading and Exercise
Trading of Cheung Kong stock options (under the trading symbols CKH and CKA) will be suspended from 11 March to 17 March 2015, both days inclusive. In addition, CKH and CKA stock options contracts cannot be exercised from 11 March to 17 March 2015.

Adjustment and Transfer of Outstanding Positions
Open positions of CKH and CKA stock option series which exist after the market close on the business day immediately before the effective date (18 March 2015) will be adjusted and transferred on a one-to-one basis to stock option contracts under trading symbols CKB and CKC respectively.

Introduction of New Stock Option Series for Trading
