Any group interested in visiting the HKEX Connect Hall during business hours on a weekday shall email its request to us by completing an Application Form and, also, providing us with a copy of business card at visit@hkex.com.hk. Such a visit request shall be submitted to us no less than three weeks before the intended date of the visit. A written confirmation will be sent to the relevant party if the application is accepted.
